A-K Tech needed a professional online presence to compete with larger repair chains. Their existing setup had no website and relied entirely on walk-in traffic and word of mouth.
A-K Tech is a locally owned phone and computer repair shop located in the heart of El Cajon, California. Despite years of providing quality repair services for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops, they had zero digital footprint. Customers found them only through word of mouth or by passing their storefront. Meanwhile, national chains like uBreakiFix and CPR Cell Phone Repair were dominating local search results and capturing customers who searched online for repair services nearby.
The owner knew the business needed to get online to survive. Walk-in traffic alone was not enough to sustain growth, especially as more consumers turned to Google to find local services. Without a website, A-K Tech was invisible to the vast majority of potential customers searching for phone repair, screen replacement, or computer troubleshooting in the El Cajon and East County San Diego area.
We designed a custom, mobile-first website highlighting their repair services, pricing transparency, and El Cajon location. Integrated Google Maps, click-to-call functionality, and local SEO optimization to capture "phone repair near me" searches.
