All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement

Pricing for services is subject to change. Any price changes will not affect projects already under contract unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

Client Work Product

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive a license to use the deliverables created by El Cajon Services for the purposes outlined in the project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement has been executed. Source code, design files, and working documents remain the property of El Cajon Services unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, El Cajon Services and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our website or services.
