SaaS & Enterprise Software
Full-stack SaaS platform for FleetMedX - the #1 NEMT software managing fleet from dispatch to payment. Native iOS and Android driver apps, company web dashboard, voucher parsing, automated Medicaid billing, and a 98% claim-denial reduction.
FleetMedX is the all-in-one NEMT dispatch, scheduling, and billing platform for non-emergency medical transportation companies. With 500+ NEMT provider customers, 12,000+ active drivers on the platform, 2 million+ trips completed, and a track record of reducing claim denials by 98%, the product had earned a category-leadership position in NEMT software. The challenge for the marketing site was to communicate the breadth of the platform - voucher parsing, automated dispatch, fleet GPS tracking, native iOS and Android driver apps, Medicaid billing with rate-card automation, Stripe-powered driver payouts, standing orders for recurring dialysis trips, HIPAA-compliant incident reporting, and analytics - without sounding like every other NEMT vendor pitch deck. The audience is sophisticated: NEMT operators have evaluated three vendors before they land on the FleetMedX site, and they need to see the product, the workflow, and the proof in under two minutes.
NEMT software is also a product category where the buyer is the operator. An NEMT owner running 30 drivers across two counties is not a passive marketing audience - they are technical, they evaluate three or four vendors before they commit, and they know which features are table stakes (real-time GPS, voucher parsing, broker billing) versus which are differentiators (98% denial reduction, native iOS and Android driver app, Stripe-powered driver payouts on a schedule). The marketing site had to demonstrate the platform like a SaaS product page should - show the dashboards, show the mobile app, show the workflow - without sliding into a wall of features that loses the qualified visitor before the Book a Demo CTA.
We designed and built a clean white-and-orange SaaS marketing site that lets the product photography do the work. The hero pairs the thesis - "NEMT Software That Manages Your Fleet From Dispatch to Payment" - with a paired Start Free Trial and Book a Demo CTA, and an animated mock-up of the dispatch dashboard that loads progressively as the visitor scrolls. Directly below the hero, four trust-stats run as a single row: 500+ providers, 12,000+ active drivers, 2M+ trips completed, 98% fewer claim denials. The feature architecture covers eight pillars (NEMT Voucher Parsing, Dispatch Software, Driver Management with the native iOS and Android app, Fleet Management with LOS categorization, Billing Software with Medicaid rate cards and Stripe payouts, Standing Orders for recurring trips like dialysis 3x/week, Compliance and Incidents with HIPAA-structured forms, Reports and Analytics) - each anchored to a real customer outcome. A How It Works section walks operators through the four-step workflow (Import Vouchers, Dispatch Drivers, Track and Complete, Bill and Get Paid) with platform mockups for each stage. Native iOS and Android driver apps are positioned as a first-class part of the platform, with a side-by-side device hero showing the company dispatch dashboard on the desktop and the driver trip card on the phone (Accept, En Route, Patient On Board, Completed). The Pricing page surfaces transparent per-trip pricing with volume tiers, and a Book a Demo flow routes high-intent visitors to a calendar that pre-qualifies fleet size. Schema markup covers SoftwareApplication, Product, AggregateRating, and FAQPage. SEO targets high-intent SaaS buyer queries (NEMT software, NEMT dispatch software, Medicaid billing software, NEMT driver app) plus competitor-comparison long-tails (FleetMedX vs Tobi Cloud, FleetMedX vs Routing Box). Hosting runs on Inkhost dedicated infrastructure with global edge caching so the marketing site loads instantly anywhere a prospective NEMT operator is evaluating vendors.
The visual direction is intentionally restrained for a B2B SaaS: a white background that lets product photography breathe, a single confident orange brand accent for every CTA, generous whitespace, and friendly line iconography. The hero pairs the thesis - “NEMT Software That Manages Your Fleet From Dispatch to Payment” - with an animated product mockup that progressively reveals the live dashboard as the visitor lands. A trust strip directly below the hero packs four killer stats into a single row (500+ providers, 12,000+ active drivers, 2M+ trips completed, 98% fewer claim denials) - the four metrics every prospect cares about.
The platform feature architecture is structured the way operators evaluate vendors. The eight pillars (NEMT Voucher Parsing, Dispatch Software, Driver Management with native iOS and Android app, Fleet Management, Billing Software, Standing Orders, Compliance and Incidents, Reports and Analytics) each open with the operator outcome (“reduce voucher entry from 90 minutes to 90 seconds,” “automate dispatch by availability and vehicle type,” “reduce claim denials by 98%”) before going into the technical detail. The How It Works section walks operators through the four-step workflow (Import Vouchers, Dispatch Drivers, Track and Complete, Bill and Get Paid) with platform mockups for each stage. The native iOS and Android driver app gets a first-class slot - a side-by-side hero showing the company dispatch dashboard on the desktop and the driver trip card on the phone (Accept, En Route, Patient On Board, Completed) - because the mobile app is the differentiator in a category where most competitors still expect drivers to use SMS.
Schema markup is comprehensive: SoftwareApplication and Product at the brand level, AggregateRating, and FAQPage answering the most common pre-demo questions (pricing, onboarding time, broker support, white-label options). SEO targets high-intent SaaS buyer queries (NEMT software, NEMT dispatch software, Medicaid billing software, NEMT driver app, NEMT broker integration) plus competitor-comparison long-tails. Performance is aggressive - sub-second LCP on the product hero, all Core Web Vitals green, 95+ Lighthouse on mobile - supported by Inkhost dedicated hosting with global edge caching so the marketing site loads instantly anywhere a prospective NEMT operator is evaluating vendors.
